Cloquet Area

Young Life

We invite kids to follow Christ, care for them regardless of their response, and change lives in the process.

Does it matter?

Young Life doesn't start with a program.

It starts with adults who are concerned enough about kids to go to them, on their turf and in their culture, building bridges of authentic friendship.

These relationships don't happen overnight — they take time, patience, trust and consistency.

Since 2001, Young Life has been an active ministry in the Cloquet area. Volunteer leaders are made up of working professionals from the Cloquet and Duluth area. There is one full time staff member, two part time staff members, and a committee of about ten local members.

Every student needs hope. But statistics tell us that only 1 out of every 5 students in this area even think about attending church. We believe Jesus is hope in a broken world - so we reach out to students with the purpose of introducing them to His love.

IT MATTERS

"In Young Life, I found a place where I felt like I belonged. The adults there actually cared about me and my future."
